Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase during normal business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If an item needs to be transferred from another store location before shipping, processing time may take up to 48 hours prior to shipment.

Shipping Methods

Our primary shipping carrier is UPS Ground. Most UPS Ground shipments arrive within 3–5 business days after the order has been shipped.

For customers using a PO Box address, orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are based on carrier transit estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.
